All orders are processed and shipped from Tāmaki Makaurau

WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING DELAYS WITH OUR COURIERS DUE TO DELAYS CAUSED FROM THE WEATHER, DAMAGE TO ROADS, AND RESTRICTED FLIGHTS OUT OF TĀMAKI MAKAURAU. 


Processing


Your package will take between 2-4 days to packaged and shipped out on one of the next available shipping day.
Each order is checked over to ensure nothing is damaged or faulty leaving from our end.
If you receive your items and it is has been broken in transit, please email us within 3 days of receiving your package.


*These shipping times could be subject to delay depending on work demand and public holidays.

If any public holidays fall on the above shipping days orders will be sent the following business day*

Free standard shipping on orders over $80

3-5 business days

Free express shipping on orders over $120

1-3 business days


Standard tracked $7.50

Express shipping $10

 

Please Note this is just a guideline and certain events can affect delivery times.
If your address is rural please note deliveries can take slightly longer.


Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order here at Māhina Collective. Although we do quality check all items before they are sent out, if you are unhappy with your purchase please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order with

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Full address
  • Reason for the return

(We also ask if you can provide photos for us to better understand each situation)


Unfortunately We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please contact us at help.mahina@gmail.com if you need further assistance 


We do not accept returns of the following items

  • Sale
  • Custom orders
  • Worn earrings

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damage due to shipping 


We do not hold any responsibility for packages damaged or lost in transit. If you have not received your order within the set out time frames please contact NZ Post with your tracking number for assistance.
